Crocheters Are Creators

Altering someone’s pattern is unethical and all that jazz. It’s very difficult not to take someone else’s pattern and add your own final touch to it. Colour choices make it unique, but maybe a stitch change here and there would be better for your project. I am guilty of this big time.

This is my second time where I am turning to the viewers to name that fancy hat that I did. You know the one that is featured on YOUTUBE and THE FANPAGE. The black beanie style with a kick ass eye lash yarn brim to it. I changed up my stitches to something I had created before. In fact, I created a child’s hat that totally rocks this world. I used the same stitch configuration to create it.
I don’t expect the viewer to choose the same materials or colours that I did. I expect a few might try to dazzle it up a bit flowers or accessories. WHY wouldn’t I expect that. I have one of the most creative followings here on Youtube. Yes… that’s right… my viewers skills and creativity is phenomenal.
I can’t wait for all the names to be in. There’s a couple that I just love. But it’s not up to me… its up to my viewers to decide what the name should be. I just hope when it comes to the final vote that people are thinking outside of the box and not just strictly about my colour choices.
Until Next Time…
